📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Process payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with local and international payroll regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in continuous learning and development to enhance financial skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
