📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Assist in the preparation and administration of employee benefits and compensation packages.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS tools like BambooHR and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve workplace satisfaction.
• Stay informed about labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
• Assist in the planning and execution of HR projects and initiatives, contributing to the overall strategic goals of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and training.
• Proficient in using HRIS tools such as BambooHR and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer service.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
