As a Kitchen Staff at Trofee Coffee, you’ll be the heart of our kitchen, preparing delicious meals and snacks that complement our signature coffee. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure every dish is made with the highest quality ingredients and served with a smile.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of food items using fresh ingredients and high-quality recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Follow food safety guidelines and regulations.
• Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily food production targets.
• Ensure all food items are prepared and served in a timely manner.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a coffee shop or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and menu items.
• Passion for creating delicious and high-quality food.
