📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role in the medical device industry.,Strong knowledge of medical device manufacturing processes and quality standards.,Proven experience in leading and managing a team of production workers.,Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with quality control and process improvement methodologies.
