📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage event budgets and financial planning, ensuring all expenses are within the allocated budget.
• Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation arrangements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.
• Create and manage event marketing materials, including promotional campaigns and social media content.
• Monitor and evaluate event performance, gathering feedback and making improvements as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the event management industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as an Event Manager, with a minimum of 3-5 years in the industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Proficiency in event planning software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and contract negotiation.

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
