Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize our TikTok store, ensuring it is user-friendly and aligned with our brand.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase our digital footprint.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
• Create and manage advertising campaigns on TikTok, using tools like TikTok Ads Manager.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure our products are well-represented and promoted.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in e-commerce and TikTok, applying this knowledge to our strategies.
• Report on key metrics and KPIs to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with TikTok's policies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably with TikTok.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and optimizing digital performance.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising strategies.
• Familiarity with tools like TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
