📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate and interpret between Japanese and Indonesian for meetings, negotiations, and discussions.
• Prepare and review documents, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Facilitate communication between Japanese management and local teams.
• Attend and participate in meetings, conferences, and events.
• Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in translation and interpretation.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving communication processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Japanese and Indonesian, with excellent communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Japanese interpreter or translator.
• Proficient in using translation software such as Trados, memoQ, or similar.
• Certification in Japanese language or interpretation is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional and adaptable attitude.
• Understanding of the medical industry is a plus.
