📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and local labor laws.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop safety protocols to mitigate potential hazards.
- Monitor and enforce safety procedures, providing training and guidance to employees.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Perform regular audits and inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Analyze safety data using MS Excel and SAP to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and sustainability.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes, incorporating new knowledge into daily operations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Certification in ISO 45001 or equivalent (e.g., NEBOSH, OSH Professional).
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, SAP, and other relevant software for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
