📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the development and implementation of green energy projects, ensuring alignment with sustainability goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation in renewable energy solutions.
• Monitor and report on the performance of green energy initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with stakeholders in the renewable energy sector.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and expansion in green energy.
• Represent PT Energi Hijau Bangka Belitung at industry conferences and events.
• Foster a culture of sustainability and corporate social responsibility within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, with a proven track record in project management and leadership.
• Certification in sustainability management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar software.
• Familiarity with renewable energy technologies and trends.
• Ability to travel for business purposes.
