Construction Engineer

UTRACON is a leading construction company in Bali, known for delivering high-quality projects across the island. As a Construction Engineer, you will be at the forefront of managing and executing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

In this role, you will oversee site operations, coordinate with contractors and subcontractors, and implement safety protocols to protect our workforce. Based in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will work on diverse projects, from residential developments to commercial buildings, contributing to the vibrant growth of Bali's construction industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to manage project resources and timelines.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
• Develop and implement safety protocols to protect workers and prevent accidents.
• Monitor project budgets and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the project team to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations and industry best practices.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
