Stripe is looking for a Communities Partner Development Manager to join our SaaS Platforms team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing our partner ecosystem, driving growth and success for our partners, and fostering a strong community around our platform. This is a remote position based in the US.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage our partner ecosystem.,Build and maintain strong relationships with our partners, providing them with the resources and support they need to succeed.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to our partner programs and platforms.,Track and analyze partner performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Create and deliver training and educational content to help partners maximize the value of our platform.,Represent Stripe at industry events and conferences, building relationships and generating buzz for our platform.,Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive partner adoption and engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in a partner development or business development role, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.,Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and the challenges faced by partners in this space.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams.,Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner programs and strategies.,Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.,Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
