As an Aviation Technology Specialist, you will work closely with our team of engineers and pilots to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, implement new technologies, and ensure compliance with international aviation standards. You will be responsible for maintaining our fleet of aircraft, which includes both domestic and international routes, and for optimizing our systems to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the integration, maintenance, and optimization of cutting-edge aviation systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with engineers and pilots.
• Implement new technologies and ensure compliance with international aviation standards.
• Maintain and optimize our fleet of aircraft, including both domestic and international routes.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide technical support and training to the operations team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in our aviation technology solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in aviation technology and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation technology, with a strong background in system integration and maintenance.
• Certification in aviation systems, such as FAA or EASA standards, is a plus.
• Proficient in using aviation software and tools, including but not limited to, Airbus A320/A330, Boeing 737/747, and aviation simulation software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, pilots, and other stakeholders.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards in the aviation industry.
• Ability to travel for work, including international assignments.
