📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers throughout the sales process
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends
• Manage and track sales performance using Salesforce and other sales tools
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services
• Attend industry events and trade shows to network with potential customers and clients
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or retail industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using Salesforce and other sales tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel and work outside of regular business hours when necessary
