📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow,Monitor production quality and implement improvement strategies,Lead and mentor a team of employees,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Manage budgets and report financial performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role,Experience in the coffee industry is a plus,Strong leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Knowledge of inventory management and budgeting,Familiarity with health and safety regulations,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field,Fluent in both English and Indonesian
