📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of solar power plants.,Ensure the optimal performance and efficiency of solar power plants.,Manage and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and repair activities.,Monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Provide technical support and guidance to the field team.,Report on the performance and status of solar power plants to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar O&M operations.,Strong understanding of solar technology and its applications.,Proven experience in project management and team leadership.,Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and standards for renewable energy.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with data analysis tools and software.,Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
