📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software quality.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that software defects are resolved in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in quality assurance.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of software quality processes.
• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure that quality assurance objectives are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong background in both manual and automated testing.
• Proficient in testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, and others.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
