📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized at all times.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Staff or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handler's certificate is a plus.
