📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.,Oversee contract management processes, including contract creation, negotiation, and renewal.,Support the sales team by providing market insights, competitive analysis, and client feedback.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.,Monitor client contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and contracts.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or client relations.,Proven track record in contract management and client relationship management.,Strong understanding of sales processes and practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
