Den Silver Sentosa is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. We are looking for a professional who can lead and inspire our culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage our restaurant operations from anywhere in Bali.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service. We offer a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and budgeting.
  • Ensure high-quality food and service standards are maintained.
  • Train and develop culinary and front-of-house staff.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor sales and profitability, and implement strategies to improve performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve daily and monthly targets.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing restaurant operations effectively.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and restaurant operations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with remote management tools and software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Must be able to work from anywhere in Bali.
