📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract top talent for various hotel positions.,Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment activities.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to the HR management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
