📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.,Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with regulations and ethical standards.,Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the local healthcare market.,Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market conditions, and product knowledge to senior management.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network with peers and learn about new products and trends.,Provide medical and scientific information to healthcare professionals to enhance their understanding and confidence in our products.,Monitor and analyze competitors' products and marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or medical representative role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.,Excellent presentation and negotiation skills to effectively promote and sell our products.,Familiarity with the Indonesian healthcare system, regulations, and ethical standards.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, especially in a remote setting.,Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for fieldwork.
