NEXUS Unggul is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for helping employees succeed. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis and designing job descriptions.,Managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.,Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.,Facilitating employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.,Assisting with performance management and employee development.,Handling payroll and benefits administration.,Providing HR support and advice to managers and employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management systems and software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.,Bahasa Indonesia and English language proficiency.
