📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processes.,Monitor production output and quality, and make adjustments as needed to meet production targets.,Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment to prevent breakdowns and downtime.,Inspect finished products for quality issues and report any defects to the appropriate personnel.,Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and efficiency.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production activities and equipment performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Production Operator or in a similar role.,Familiarity with production equipment and processes.,Strong understanding of quality control and safety procedures.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Willingness to travel and work in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur.
