As a Motor Vehicle Surveyor, you will conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to determine their condition, value, and suitability as collateral. Using tools like AutoCheck and Carfax, you will generate detailed reports that support our lending decisions. This role is ideal for professionals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for financial services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of motor vehicles to assess their condition and value.
- Generate detailed reports using AutoCheck and Carfax to support loan approvals.
- Collaborate with loan officers to ensure vehicles meet our collateral criteria.
- Maintain accurate records of all inspections and reports.
- Provide expert advice on vehicle valuation and risk assessment.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in motor vehicle appraisal.
- Assist in training new surveyors on company procedures and tools.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss case studies and improve processes.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Motor Vehicle Surveyor or similar role.
- Certification in AutoCheck or Carfax is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian vehicle regulations and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for fieldwork.
