📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in creating and scheduling social media content for Tropika's Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok pages.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in the beauty industry.
• Help manage and analyze social media metrics using tools like Hootsuite and Google Analytics.
• Assist in organizing and executing marketing campaigns, including influencer collaborations and email marketing.
• Support the marketing team in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to improve marketing strategies.
• Assist in managing Tropika's website content and ensuring it aligns with marketing goals.
• Help with event planning and execution, including pop-up shops and beauty workshops.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
