📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Identify training needs and create training materials such as manuals, videos, and presentations.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and develop employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand their learning needs and preferences.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to help them improve their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
