📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide level 1 and 2 IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.
• Monitor and maintain network performance and security.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
• Train and support end-users on IT systems and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve IT-related issues.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Proven experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and network protocols.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python is a plus.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.
