📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist international students with visa application processes, including document preparation and submission.
• Provide information and guidance on immigration policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with immigration authorities and other relevant agencies to resolve student visa issues.
• Organize orientation programs and cultural integration activities for new international students.
• Maintain accurate records of student visa information and application statuses using the university's student information system.
• Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to international student visas and immigration.
• Serve as a liaison between international students and the university's administration and academic departments.
• Provide support to international students in adjusting to life in Bali and integrating into the university community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in international student affairs, visa processing, or immigration support.
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills (such as Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, or other relevant languages) being a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Experience with student information systems (such as Banner, PeopleSoft, or similar) is a plus.
• Knowledge of immigration policies and regulations in Indonesia and other relevant countries.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
• Valid work visa for Indonesia is required.
