📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain production schedules and inventory levels.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Conduct regular equipment maintenance and repairs.,Manage and optimize production processes for efficiency.,Generate and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.,Implement and enforce standard operating procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related roles.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ERP or production management software is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
