📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain detailed 3D models of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using Autodesk Revit and other BIM software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs meet project requirements and standards.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Generate accurate construction documents, including drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Participate in design reviews and meetings to provide input and recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry best practices.
• Provide technical support to project teams as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modelling, with a focus on MEP systems.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Tekla Structures.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Ability to travel as required by project needs.
