Market Village Jaya is seeking a dedicated Assistant Security to join our team in Lubuklinggau. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our market premises and ensuring a secure environment for our customers and staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the market premises to ensure the safety of customers and staff.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify and address potential security risks.,Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment.,Respond to security incidents and emergencies, providing immediate assistance and support.,Work closely with other security personnel to coordinate security efforts and ensure effective communication.,Maintain and update security records and reports to document security activities and incidents.,Assist in the training and development of new security personnel to ensure a well-prepared and skilled team.,Collaborate with market management to implement and enforce security measures and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a security-related role, preferably in a market or retail environment.,Strong knowledge of security procedures, policies, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform security duties, including patrolling and responding to emergencies.,Valid security clearance or certification (preferred but not required).,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
