PT Nusa Kreasi is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team in Dili. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales and customer service, with a keen eye for detail and a friendly demeanor. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail or customer service, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales floor, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.,Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.,Maintain a clean and organized sales area, including restocking merchandise and displaying products attractively.,Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving any issues that may arise.,Assist in inventory management, including counting stock and reporting any discrepancies.,Promote sales and special offers to customers, both in-store and online.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
