Bengkel Joko Dental Clinic is looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of dental technicians and staff. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental clinic, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of dental technicians and staff.,Ensure the smooth operation of the dental clinic.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and clients.,Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all dental procedures.,Develop and implement training programs for team members.,Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure targets are met.,Manage inventory and ensure all supplies are available and properly stocked.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a dental clinic or similar healthcare setting.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team.,Strong knowledge of dental procedures and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and standards.,Degree in Dental Technology, Dental Assisting, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.,Experience with dental software and technology is a plus.
