As a Senior Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist patients and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct calls, emails, and other communications to the appropriate department.,Schedule and confirm appointments for patients.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information.,Assist in the check-in and check-out process for patients.,Coordinate with the front desk team to ensure smooth operations.,Handle patient inquiries and provide information about our services.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a receptionist or similar role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer and office software.,Familiarity with dental clinic operations and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of English is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent.
