📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain detailed production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and company goals.,Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient use of resources and materials.,Monitor and report on production performance metrics to senior management.,Implement process improvements and new technologies to enhance production efficiency.,Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing planning and control.,Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.,Proficiency in production planning software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
