📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Train and develop staff to maintain high levels of service and productivity.
  • Manage and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Monitor and report sales performance to ensure profitability.
  • Participate in menu planning and development.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and food cost control.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
