Maintenance & Continuous Improvement Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities, implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our production processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Implement and maintain a comprehensive maintenance management system (MMS) using tools like SAP PM or similar.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and equipment performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
• Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules and work orders.
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, with a strong background in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Certifications in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or similar are a plus.
• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining a comprehensive maintenance management system (MMS).
• Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies and techniques, including TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
