In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and training new hires. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and training new hires.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including data entry and report generation.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.
