Warung Krisna Bakery is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and fleet management, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel consumption, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports for management.,Participate in training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the fleet team.,Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate and secure the best deals on fleet maintenance and repairs.,Investigate and resolve any issues related to fleet operations and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proven track record of improving fleet efficiency and reducing operational costs.
