📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Monitor departmental budgets and expenses, ensuring that all financial activities are in line with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the department's goals align with the overall objectives of the company.,Attend and participate in meetings and conferences to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed within the department.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure a smooth supply chain and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the bakso industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees, suppliers, and customers.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools is a plus.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
